Elizabeth Nguyen is a tenacious attorney, experienced in a broad range of employment law matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration, throughout the State of California.


She has exclusively litigated employment issues for nearly 20 years, including wage and hour class actions, representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, reasonable accommodation, and harassment matters.


Her current practice is solely dedicated to representing employees.


Prior to becoming a plaintiff-side employment attorney, Elizabeth was a Shareholder at the largest global employment and labor law practice devoted exclusively to representing management. There, she also served as the Co-Chair of Ohana, an affinity group, and served on the Recruiting Committee for the Century City and Los Angeles offices. Elizabeth spent 10+ years as a defense attorney representing employers, which provides her with a unique perspective and insight to best represent clients.


Elizabeth is also an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she teaches Employment Discrimination Law.
